Vitality Fitness Calgary holds 45 bootcamp classes throughout the week to fit your busy schedule.

Classes run Monday to Friday. Assessment and motivational sessions are available Monday to Saturday.

  • Monday – Friday: 5:30 am, 9:30 am, 12pm, 4:15 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:15 pm
  • Monday – Thursday: 7:15 pm and 8:15 pm
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 6:45 am
  • Saturday – 7:45, 9:00, 10:15, 11:30 am

* Please note that all times are always subject to change.

** 9:00AM Saturday classes is the advanced class, which requires instructor approval prior to participation for safety reasons.
