Use ground almond meal , garlic powder & basil to bread chicken breast. Brown in a pan with 1/2 tsp olive oil than bake in oven for 1/2 hour @ 350.
Jamaican jerk chicken dry seasoning : 1 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground allspice 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper Sprinkle over chicken Breast and cook like recipe above
Coconut curry chicken 2tsp curry powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tblesp toasted unsweetened coconut. Heat 1/2 tsp olive oil in frying pan on medium heat. Put seasoning on a plate. Mix well. Place chicken breast into seasoning or sprinkle on top and cook until browned and cooked through. Try different seasonings , come up with your own blends. Be creative.
