Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup / 80 ml large-flake oats
  • ¼ cup / 60 ml sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp / 15 ml ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp / 15 ml chia seed or Salba
  • ½ tsp / 2 ½ ml pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp / 5 ml agave nectar
  • 2 Tbsp / 30 ml hemp protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp / 15 ml bee pollen
  • ½ cup / 120 ml blueberries

Directions:

  1. Place first seven ingredients in a large cereal bowl. Pour boiling water over top to cover. Stir to combine. Let sit for five to ten minutes.
  2. Add bee pollen, blueberries and yogurt. Mix together and eat!
