A few months ago I joined for the 50-Day Challenge for fun and I had amazing results. I lost a lot of inches, in fact, I now fit into the same clothes as my 21 and 12-year-old sons. I’ve gained muscle in my chest, thighs, calves, and biceps.

After the first class I was so impressed, this was exactly what I was looking for. Where do you get a trainer to train you every step of the way, where everyone gets equal attention, where there is no undermining or discrimination?

I stay motivated by coming in for an assessment every 5-6 weeks to keep me motivated. This is the perfect place!

Being a Chef and from East Indian heritage, making food and eating runs in our family. There are so many great choices from the Vitality meal plan, that even I make cheat sheets from the choices.

Professionalism and dedication is the perfect motto for Dave and the rest of the team. They always have smiles on their faces and make you feel welcomed.

My goals when I started were to get rid of cystic pain, which is all gone now. I have arthritis in my knees, but I can still give it my all. All the trainers make adjustments to any given workout to customize it to your fitness level or any injuries or pain you’re dealing with.

I always feel so energized after my workouts and I’m always looking forward to the next one already. It’s so addictive, but to my own advantage.

I could have never imagined that I would be where I am today, physically, without the help of the Vitality crew. I will be a life-long member!
