All my life I’ve had a passion for fitness and have been a member at various gyms over the years. I enjoy many activities such as running, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, skating, etc. I started at Vitality the day it opened on February 8, 2016 with the 50 Day Challenge. It turned out I enjoyed it so much I decided to become a full-time member. I really appreciate how Vitality places a huge importance of doing the exercise with perfection in form, not rushing through just to finish it off. They really slow you down, focusing a huge component on core. They get you to focus the specific muscle groups you are using to get the best results. Dave saves the racing for the cardio/core component at the end, which is sure to get your cardio in fine form. Each and every session is different offering lots of variety. Each session has been specifically developed to give you a great all around workout. Every person whom enters the doors at Vitality is on a different path to achieve their specific goals. Goal setting and assessments are very important. These goals can be obtained by being consistent with attendance by way of signing in, this way you are holding yourself accountable. You also get reminders of your upcoming sessions. These all help you achieve the results you want, one class at a time.

Since joining as a member I have noticed substantial strength gains, have achieved incredible core strength, lost 3 inches off my waist and lots of toning everywhere! I’m wearing same size clothes that I would have fit into 35 years ago! My energy levels have increased greatly and I sleep extremely well. With hitting a milestone birthday of turning 50 this past year I can happily say that I’m in the best shape of my life! I struggled with my weight as a young lady so I want to encourage all that you too can get here, one class at a time. I will continue, hoping to have many active years ahead. The coaching staff and other clients are all so friendly, funny, and approachable which to me makes Vitality a perfect fit! Every time I come I get such a great workout and look forward to the next one.
